Can I use Headway Themes for work that I do for clients?

Yes, you may and we want you to. Headway Themes was originally started as an inhouse tool for building client sites. We wanted a tool which made it easier and quicker to build client sites and Headway was born. We also realize and certainly understand Developers are busy and need ways to turn work over quickly.

However, remember support will only be given to the user who purchases Headway Themes, which means the buyer will be responsible for supporting Headway Themes or sites built for their client. If your client wants direct support for Headway Themes, they will need to purchase their own personal license. And we don't mind if you can have them purchase through your affiliate link.

How do I get started?

To get on the web you must first have a domain name, a web host, and have install WordPress. Then, you can install Headway.

Luckily, we've put together a comprehensive guide on getting up and running that can be found in our codex.

Do I have to have a theme to use Headway?

Absolutely not! You can always just use Headway Base if you wish. Headway Base comes with all packages and is our flagship drag and drop framework. If you want to design your site by yourself, then Headway Base is the way to go!

Are PSDs (layered Photoshop files) included with my purchase?

No. Unless otherwise stated, PSD, or layered Photoshop files, are not included with your theme purchase and are not licensed under the GPL.

Can these themes work on WordPress.com?

Not at this time. However, we are working with the crew over at WordPress.com to get some of our themes approved and available there.
